Open-Box and Scratch & Dent Cosmetic Condition
Open-box, floor-model, refurbished, and scratch-and-dent items may have one or more cosmetic imperfections, including scratches, dents, scuffs, marks, discoloration, packaging wear, or other cosmetic blemishes. Photos and descriptions are provided to help identify condition, but they may not show every minor cosmetic imperfection. A photo or description of a particular mark is not a representation that no other minor cosmetic imperfections are present. Where a material cosmetic issue is known, Stylish Electronics makes reasonable efforts to disclose it. Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
All sales are final except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Warranty coverage depends on the individual product. Most items include a 90-day limited Stylish Electronics warranty. Certain products may offer a choice between a 7-day warranty and a 90-day warranty. The warranty period stated on the product listing or selected variant applies to that purchase.
Please review the warranty, product condition, selected variant, condition notes, and available photos before purchasing. Scratch-and-dent and open-box items may have cosmetic imperfections in more than one area, including scratches, dents, scuffs, marks, finish variations, or other cosmetic blemishes.
When a listing identifies a specific or numbered unit and shows photos of that unit, those photos form part of the condition description and the customer will receive that identified unit. Wording such as “no dent in front” describes only the identified front area and does not mean the item is free of cosmetic marks elsewhere.
Cosmetic imperfections disclosed in the listing, selected variant, condition notes, or exact-unit photos are part of the stated cosmetic condition and are not considered functional defects. Warranty coverage applies to functional issues according to the warranty terms for the purchased product.
